The Portugal's National Road 2 ("Estrada Nacional 2"), which runs from the north to the south of the country, stretches for 738.5 km (approx. 459 miles) and crosses four mountain ranges, 11 districts, 11 rivers, and 35 municipalities – forming something of a backbone across the country - is one of the longest roads in the world!

Our passion for photography was the main driving force behind this epic adventure. Not only were we going to discover a wide range of traditions, landscapes, and local cuisines, but we were also focused entirely on photography. Whole days dedicated to capturing the best images we could.

Once our trip along the N2 came to an end, the question arose: what should we do with the entire portfolio of photos, videos, and written pieces we had gathered? The result is now here, in this eBook, where we share what we experienced and felt during each stage of the journey. You’ll also find exclusive access to a video that reveals, in a more dynamic format, a bit more of what the National Road 2 is all about.
